14 students from a village in Gaya crack Indian Institute of Technology’s(IIT) entrance exam. These students were coached at the Prayas institute, a coaching centre run a former IIT-ian in the Gaya village.
Vishal Kumar, student, said that hard work, combined studies, support from the teachers, guardians, and friends is the success mantra.
These students studied for at least for six hours a day. One of the other students added that they would not want to stop at this and wish to continue to study further for exams like UPSC or IAS. However, at the moment, celebration takes centre stage among these students.
